Job overview:

Role: Business Development Executive – Virtual Assistant


Your primary responsibilities comprise of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Guest communication
  • Personalized communication
  • Timely responses on chat and email
  • Phone coverage

You will need to have your own equipment and a good workstation.


Responsibilities:
  • Daily posting of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) courses to various social media platforms related to health and safety to boost course enrollment.
  • Answering relevant queries, sending course details, and arranging quotations.
Skills required:
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Support provided:

  • All necessary tools, leads, and training are provided to ensure your success.
Schedule
  • This is a permanent work from home position.
  • Flexible hours
  • Part-time of full-time (4 to 8 hours per day)

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field as a Safety Officer or Consultant is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): proficiency in video conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced in conducting OSH trainings.
  • Employee specialized in Education or equivalent.
  • Resource Speaker is flexible to train for Online and or Face to Face Training
  • Full time or Part Time positions are available.

HSS Health and Safety Solutions Corporation is seeking reliable and competent BLS/First Aid instructors to join our staff. Candidate MUST possess a current American Heart Association certification.

 

The instructor will be required to teach: BLS for healthcare providers, CPR/AED First Aid (for all age demographics), and Bloodborne pathogen courses. BLS equipment is provided by HSS.

 

Allied health graduate/ professional

  • With professional licensed card is a plus
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft applications
  • With hospital experience is a plus
  • Newly graduated/ newly board passers are welcome to apply

  • With at least 6mos Healthcare or Medical Allied Training Experience
  • Expertise in module and deck preparation
